Cardio Kickboxing
If traditional martial arts is not what you're looking for but you like the movements and the fitness aspect, we offer a fun, intense workout with our Cardio Kickboxing class.
Cardio Kickboxing is a combination of kickboxing and aerobics. It combines the kicking and punching techniques of the martial arts with music, rhythm and the cardiovascular workout of an aerobic class.
Cardio Kickboxing has been rated the number one calorie burning workout. You can burn as many as 800 calories per hour!
So get your pulse racing while using real kickboxing techniques and trim and tone your body. You've never had this much fun working out.
Class runs Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:10 pm - 1:00 pm.
